- Craft compelling job advertisements and postings to attract suitable candidates.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
- Collaborate with talent attraction colleagues to implement innovative visibility strategies.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Experience with the recruitment module of SuccessFactors (SAP) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support managers effectively and diplomatically.
- Proactive communicator with a passion for expanding networks and talent acquisition knowledge.
- A keen interest in understanding people, their experiences, and their career development to facilitate successful matches between candidates and roles.
