- Event Assistance:
- Support the events team in coordinating a diverse range of events, from business mixers, to trainings, to full-day conferences
- Accompany managers to all activities, acting as a crucial team member
- Promote events across all platforms to maximize attendance and engagement
- Contribute to creative decisions, providing valuable input for enhancing event experiences
- Logistical and Administrative Support:
- Assist the Events Manager with logistical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth event operations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, including venue and catering, and handle payments when necessary
- Meeting Participation:
- Attend all meetings, serving as a second point of contact and ensuring comprehensive understanding of event details
- On-site Duties:
- Handle ad-hoc responsibilities at events, such as list management and guest seating
- Assist with efficient event setup, dismantling, and completion
- Ensure all branded items for events arrive on time and are displayed appropriately
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for events
- Excellent organizational skills
