- Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate adoption and sales growth of SafeZone across healthcare organizations nationally, while actively engaging in day-to-day sales activities.
- Leverage extensive industry networks to engage directly with senior healthcare executives, including CEOs, COOs, CNOs, CIOs, VPs of Security, Risk Management, and HR leaders.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and alliances within the healthcare sector to accelerate market adoption.
- Provide strategic insights to the global executive team on healthcare market dynamics, regulatory changes, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
- Oversee strategic customer relationships from prospecting and demos through complex negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and customer success.
- Advocate and educate the market regarding the critical need for workplace violence prevention, staff safety, and operational efficiency improvements through innovative SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and amplify SafeZone’s value proposition specifically for healthcare organizations.
- Provide customer-driven insights to guide product development, ensuring SafeZone remains aligned with evolving healthcare industry requirements.
- Represent CriticalArc as an industry thought leader at conferences, webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
- Proven leadership and executive-level experience within enterprise SaaS sales, specifically targeting healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within healthcare.
- Expert knowledge of the healthcare sector, including organizational structures, regulatory considerations, patient and workplace safety issues, and operational challenges.
- Established relationships and credibility with healthcare executives and decision-makers across hospitals, health systems, and healthcare networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
- Experience addressing sensitive healthcare safety and security issues, including workplace violence, staff duress, and patient safety incidents.
- Comfortable operating within high-growth, agile environments and adapting rapidly to changing business demands.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields strongly preferred.
