Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Licenses: Current Registered Nurse Licensure in state of AR
- Certifications: Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Three or more years of experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursing and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Required Skills:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action; Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
