Bilingual (Spanish/English OR Polish/English) Clinic Outreach Representative $21/HRCanary Telehealth is seeking a full-time bilingual remote outreach representative to become a part of our fast-growing team! In this role, you will work remotely and call patients to complete health risks assessments, assist with scheduling follow up appointments, and coordinate preventative screenings. You will serve as a liaison between patients and the clinic to ensure outreach and coordination are completed in a timely manner. In addition, the Bilingual Clinic Outreach Representative will perform a variety of administrative, record-keeping and miscellaneous duties.Responsibilities· Call eligible patients to complete health risks assessments· Follow up with patients after ER visit to schedule a follow up appointments with their primary care provider.· Contact patients and schedule appointments for preventative screenings· Act in a courteous manner and maintain a professional composure at all times· Perform clerical duties, such as, maintaining multiple databases, verifying patient information and updating information as necessary· Document all interactions in the scheduling and care management systemQualifications and Requirements· Previous administrative, call center, or customer service experience· Minimum of 1 year experience working in healthcare required· Must be fluent in English and Spanish OR English and Polish· Excellent communication skills as well as good judgment and decision-making ability· Computer savvy. Must be able to toggle between multiple systems simultaneously· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment· Must complete a toxicology screen and background checkSalary and BenefitsThe salary for the position is $21/hr.
