- Train clients on how to use our systems, deliver loans, and understand workflow processes.
- Upload files and deliver on behalf of clients, using SFTP folders and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including such as Sales, Operations Account Representatives, Marketing and Lock Desk.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- 2+ years of related experience in Mortgage industry, Customer Service or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate experience in CRM systems (Salesforce and Encompass).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
