At least 3 years of real-world experience installing and commissioning Johnson Controls Metasys systems, including system-level controllers.Tech Savvy:
Confident user of Metasys Tools like RAC Schedule, CCT, SCT, and Visio—these are your playgrounds.System Insight:
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.Quick Learner:
Strong technical aptitude with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and learning new technologies.Digital Dexterity:
Advanced computer skills, especially with drafting tools, to translate vision into design.🏆 Preferred QualificationsAssociate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Computer Science—or equivalent field experience.5+ years in the HVAC industryProven track record installing and commissioning control systemsOr background in designing or analyzing mechanical/electrical building systemsThis isn’t just a skill checklist, it’s a launchpad.
