You’ll oversee hardware and software engineering, network-level commissioning, and drive innovation across major and branch projects.This is more than a leadership role, it’s a chance to make a real impact on the building of technologies while mentoring the next generation of engineering talent.🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution
  • Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
  • Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects

🎯 What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience
  • Proven leadership in supervising technical teams
  • Strong construction industry background
  • Master’s degree or PE license is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
