
Director of Infrastructure

- Establishing performance standards for all facilities and assets
- Leading a complex department composed of a large staff with diverse skills and specialties
- Administering and implementing vendor contracts and agreements related to building maintenance and repairs
- Serving as the primary representative of the department and collaborating effectively with other departments to advance the department's mission while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, Facilities Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Preferred certifications: Facility Manager (CFM), Building Operator (BOC), or Facility Management Professional (FMP)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in facility management, construction administration, project management, and/or property management, including at least five (5) years in a management capacity
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training may be considered
- Demonstrated experience in managing building systems and knowledge of advanced building engineering principles
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to various organizational locations
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft software packages and databases
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available during emergencies, including hurricanes, and serve as a critical employee in the Emergency Operations Center
