Enjoy the satisfaction of assisting guests from all over the world who arrive to enjoy our spacious villas and numerous onsite amenities.Job DescriptionAs a Houseperson, you will be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by providing assistance with a variety of tasks, such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking storage closets, and responding to guest requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the hotel premises are clean and well-maintained.As a Houseperson, you will:
  • Assist housekeeper in removal of garbage
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture
  • Stock storage closets with clean linens, towels, and other supplies
  • Respond to staff and guest requests for assistance, such as providing extra towels or making a bed
  • Walk the hotel premises to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
  • Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
