Overview:As a Houseperson/Linen Driver, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the resort. Your responsibilities include emptying and transporting trash and linen from chutes, supporting the housekeeping team with supplies and cleaning tasks, and keeping public areas clean and inviting. ‎ :Houseperson/Linen Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Empty trash and linen chutes and transport to designated areas using a golf cart with trailer attachment
  • Maintain trash and linen chutes by sweeping, removing debris, and power washing as needed
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly
  • Support Housekeeping Room Attendants by delivering supplies, removing trash and linens, assisting with heavy cleaning tasks, moving furniture, and responding to service calls
  • Stock and organize linen carts and storage areas; deliver requested items to guest rooms
  • Report all lost and found items in accordance with company policy
  • Assist guests with inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, stairwells, windows, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces
  • Clean guest rooms as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
‎ :What are we looking for?
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (ex. lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods) both indoors and outdoors
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
