ResponsibilitiesThis position is a prominent opportunity in our Healthcare Division in a busy clinical setting and requires a polished and professional identity and winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations. Multi-outlet experience is a must overseeing Patient/Resident Food Service, Café, Retail, Coffee Shop, and Grab and Go services.The Director of Food and Nutritional Services has an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
Requirements
- 3 plus years in a Food Service Manager role
- 3 plus years in Hospital Food Service Management role
- High Volume background
- Institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred
- Strong Restaurant Management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation and presentation ideas
- Strong Catering Experience
- Culinary or Hospitality Degree strongly preferred
