- Lead day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, debt compliance, and bank relationships
- Oversee liquidity planning, working capital, and distribution forecasting
- Administer and control enterprise bank accounts and applications
- Partner with business leaders to assess financing strategies and capital investments
- Manage lender relationships, ensuring transparency and strength in external partnerships
- Oversee corporate insurance coverage across all related companies
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and insights
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses to leadership as needed
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years in finance, accounting, or treasury leadership roles
- Strong accounting knowledge; experience in private credit a plus
- Proven experience managing liquidity and raising capital from external sources
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership
