- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
- Skills & Abilities: Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
- Additional Requirements: CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license.
