- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of Tax experience
- CPA or licensed Attorney
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and SSAP 101
- Income tax support for audits and income tax experience for Insurance companies as well as C Corporations
- At least 5 - 6 years of experience in preparing 1120, 1120 PC, 1120 L and consolidated group returns; experience reviewing these returns is a must
- Direct experience in state and local taxation (e.g., state return compliance, state income tax accounting, state apportionment fundamentals)
- SEC experience
- Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $129,300 to $295,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $155,200 to $335,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
