Coordinate and Manage Network Operations: The Network Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following key responsibilites: Visitor management, administrative and project support for the Executive Leadership Team, Network-wide event planning, deputy clerk for and support of Board of Directors, talent support (onboarding, I-9 verification, insurance/benefits, HR inbox, employee files, background checks, offboarding), office management, Network Team time off management, and support of scholar and staff recruitment.THE DETAILSQualifications/Certifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge of Google-Suite applications required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- 2 years of experience in school operations or talent operations is preferred
- Prior experience in a school serving a similar population to THA’s is preferred
- Charter school experience is strongly preferred
- The Network Operations Coordinator will work on THA’s Network Team and report to the Chief of Staff.
- Full time, year round, exempt.
- THA’s starting salary range for Coordinators with a bachelor's degree begins at $44,000. THA's starting salary range for Coordinators with a high school diploma or associate's degree begins at $36,000. Salary is commensurate direct experience.
