We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated TikTok Content Creator to help grow our social media presence and engage our audience.Position Overview:
As a TikTok Content Creator / PR Associate, you will focus on creating engaging TikTok videos that promote our brand while also supporting our public relations efforts. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a key role in driving our social media growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of TikTok trends, storytelling, and audience engagement. You'll be responsible for brainstorming, filming, and editing videos while ensuring they align with our creative direction.Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
  • Create and post daily TikTok videos that resonate with our audience and drive engagement - must be in-person to capture content on shoots and in the loft/office.
  • Post TikTok videos in alignment with the creative direction and what is being posted on our Instagram feed posts and reels.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments to foster community interaction.
  • Promptly check and respond to TikTok messages.
  • Research and identify new opportunities, including collaborations, industry trends, competitor activities, talent, and press opportunities, and inform PR strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with influencer relations and collaborations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR or marketing (excluding internships).
