Responsible for operating local e-commerce live streaming and delivering results, including conducting data analysis on multiple process metrics, and implementing traffic/host/product selection strategies for improving overall performance.
Work in collaborative teams to optimize customers' digital shopping experience, capitalize on business opportunities, and design thoughtful solutions that inspire the digital customer journey.
Collaborate with U.S. e-commerce creator agencies to boost sales revenue through the development of policies, cargo planning, and in-app traffic optimization strategies.
Develop efficient conversion strategies tailored to different types of creator agencies and influencer profiles.
Formulate growth methodologies for creator agencies and assist new creator agencies in kickstarting their operations, thereby expanding the overall business scale.Qualifications:Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Mathematics or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Business development experience with domestic and cross-border creator agencies;
E-commerce experience, including assisting creator agencies in addressing pain points, replicating successful strategies and facilitating localization;
Designing product selection strategy, including aiding creator agencies and influencers externally and optimizing internal collaboration for inventory management;
Optimizing creator monetization economy, including implementing operational strategies and content optimization to enhance creator content click-to-purchase conversion;
Working with digital content landscape components, including live streaming; merchant operations; short videos; creators; e-commerce; and talent management agency and/or influencer marketing agency; and
Collaborating with different departments in a global team.TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic and international travel required up to 50%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
