- We are seeking a highly skilled Teamcenter PLM Solution & Product Configurator Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. This role blends deep expertise in Teamcenter PLM with advanced product configuration capabilities, including integration with Rulestream VIA. As a technical leader, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of complex configuration strategies that support engineering and manufacturing excellence.
- Design and implement end-to-end Teamcenter PLM solutions tailored to business and engineering requirements.
- Develop and manage advanced product configuration strategies, including 150% Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations.
- Create and maintain complex rule-based product configuration models to support variant management.
- Lead the integration of Rulestream VIA with Teamcenter to enable seamless configuration workflows.
- Support engineering change processes and optimize product configuration workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Write comprehensive design documents for Teamcenter-based implementations and upgrades.
- Provide technical leadership in Teamcenter upgrades and migration from RAC to Active Workspace, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Extensive experience with Teamcenter PLM modules including Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, Workflow, and Change Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter Product Configurator and variant management strategies.
- Proven expertise in rule-based configuration development and 150% BOM techniques.
- Hands-on experience integrating Rulestream VIA with Teamcenter.
- Strong proficiency in CAD integration, especially with Solid Edge and other MCAD tools.
- Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, ITK, SOA customization, and integration with third-party systems like SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with web technologies (XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON) and Active Workspace customization.
- Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and build-to-run practices, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
