Community Program LiaisonBehavioral Health Services (BHS) – Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)Hourly Pay Range: $26.61 – $39.91Closing Date: 9/4/2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 applicationsBilingual Spanish Speaking Candidates are Encouraged to ApplyJob Summary: The Community Program Liaison will provide ongoing support to the CCS team, CCS care coordination, and ancillary provider networks. This includes quality reviews, completion of audits, subject matter trainings, and more. The role will also support projects related to access to the CCS program, billing/fiscal reporting, and quality related efforts to ensure compliance to DHS 36 administrative code and Medicaid.Essential Responsibilities:
  • Complete and assist with deep dive audits of both care coordination and ancillary providers within the CCS network. Pull and analyze data and reports regularly for AvatarNX. Provide feedback to CCS agencies.
  • Develop and implement training based on quality assurance activities that can be used within CCS meetings and one on ones with CCS agencies and providers.
  • Assist with fidelity review that are conducted within CCS agencies (examples: CORE/IPS) and disseminate information about best practice standards and initiatives across the network.
  • Assist with the preparation for and completion of all DHS 36 audits, both internal by BHS Compliance and external by the state of Wisconsin Division of Quality Insurance (DQA). Keep all audit reports, plans of correction, etc. organized and prepared for review for all surveys.
  • Assist with other projects and initiatives that improve the quality and compliance of DHS 36 standards and Medicaid requirements as per written standards and requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current resident of Wisconsin.
  • Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a Related Field.
  • At least one (1) year of professional experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Willing and able to travel within the community up to 25% of the time in this role
