The Production Manager will lead all shop floor operations, including workflow execution, production planning, and schedule adherence for two core product lines at a high-tech manufacturing site.The Production Manager will be responsible for:
  • Proven experience managing and distributing work orders to production technicians, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold production teams accountable to daily and weekly goals.
  • Experience reporting on key production metrics including top-level assembly progress and target completion dates.
  • Ability to strategically prioritize workload based on delivery deadlines and technician availability.
  • A results-driven mindset focused on maximizing productivity and identifying when additional staffing or support is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional role, collaborating closely with planning, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment across departments.

  • BS in Mechanical, Engineering, Operations or Industrial Management
  • 5+ years in production management, overseeing full production floor
  • Medical Device experience is a PLUS
  • Lean manufacturing principal are ideal in a candidates background
  • Experience working cross functionally with Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering
  • Background working on electronics based products is a PLUS
