- Lead the annual operating plan and budgeting process, collaborating with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for senior management, the Board of Directors, Lenders, and investors, highlighting key trends, variance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial projections and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with our Go-to-Market Finance team and Sales Leadership
- Alongside finance leadership, you will lead our monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and strategic insight across all our global businesses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across FP&A providing mentorship and clear direction to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leaders to optimize accounting and planning tools (e.g., OneStream, NetSuite, etc.), reporting infrastructure, and automation initiatives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- You will serve as a financial partner to Marketing, R&D, and G&A leadership, providing data-driven guidance on resource allocation, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Operations, People Team, Enterprise Tech, and other teams to align financial plans with strategic priorities.
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science), MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in a financial/analytical role with a record of increasing responsibility including managing high performing teams
- Experience with Private Equity Backed Firms and Public Company Readiness Preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build models from scratch as well as improve existing models, ensuring their quality, timeliness and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused
- Required to work EST Hours if Remote
