Lead Electrician (Journeyman Licensed)
Location: Western Suburbs of Minneapolis, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $35-$45/HR + DOEPosition SummaryWe’re looking for a Lead Electrician who is ready to take on a foundational role within our company. This is a dual opportunity—to serve customers directly in the field while playing a critical part in building our team from the ground up.Over time, this position is expected to evolve into a leadership role with responsibilities in hiring, training, and mentoring additional electricians as the company scales.If you’re passionate about quality work, customer service, and building a company culture rooted in excellence and growth, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work—troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service
  • Work closely with ownership to optimize processes, job flow, and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a safety-first culture and continuously improve performance and service standards
  • Embrace and utilize technology tools and systems to streamline operations and communications
Qualifications
  • Active Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of residential and/or light commercial electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of Minnesota codes and permitting procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to manage projects independently and follow through from start to finish
  • Interest in team leadership and long-term company growth
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hr + based on experience and credentials
  • Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours worked beyond 40/week
