
Accountant - Family Office

- Perform general ledger accounting for a multi-entity investment portfolio
- Reconcile bank and investment account statements
- Monitor and assist with processing capital call and distribution notices
- Support the preparation, review, and organization of legal and financial documents
- Assist in preparing annual financial reports and schedules
- Coordinate schedules related to tax return filings
- Assist with execution and recordkeeping of legal documents
- Provide support for ad hoc projects
- Bachelor's degree (CPA is a plus)
- 2+ years of related accounting experience-family office exposure a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
