Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assess and address acute and chronic conditions in veteran beneficiaries
  • Provide specialty referrals as necessary
  • Collaborate with clinic staff on ordering necessary tests and procedures
  • Maintain timely and accurate patient charting
Additional Information
  • Must be board eligible or board certified
  • Valid New York medical license required
  • Experience with the CPRS EMR system
