Our client is hiring a Design Engineer who's eager to grow, loves problem-solving, and wants to see their designs take shape on the ground.You'll join a collaborative and supportive team that prioritizes mentorship, hands-on learning, and working together to deliver site design and infrastructure projects that actually get built. You won't just be another cog in the wheel-you'll be an integral part of the process from day one.What You'll Get to Do:
  • Assist with the design of land development and civil infrastructure projects using Civil3D
  • Create detailed drawings, layouts, and reports
  • Support field investigations and help with construction phase services
  • Participate in project planning and analysis
  • Work closely with experienced engineers who will guide your development
What They're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or working toward one)
  • Passed-or planning to take-the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D (coursework or internship experience is a plus)
  • A curious mind and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
