
Technology Manager/Product Planner - PCIe and DDR

- Analyze, qualify and address global technology trends, related business opportunities for Rohde & Schwarz Test & Measurement solutions, key players and ecosystem effects for PCIe and DDR.
- Represent R&S in the relevant standardization bodies, work groups and industry associations to provide first-hand information and technology guidance to the R&S global development teams and position R&S solutions in the industry
- Develop Method of Implementation (MOI), represent R&S at compliance workshops and PlugFests and facilitate the certification and approval process of these MOIs and the necessary Test Equipment
- Connect R&S to key industry players and partners and integrate R&S in PCIe and DDR community
- Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy and form partnerships for joint marketing activities
- Act as the internal and external expert for PCIe and DDR, develop sales collateral and technical marketing content for internal and external use
- Represent R&S as a speaker at related industry events
- Develop strategic briefs for marketing partners and R&S global development teams & global sales teams
- Educate and enable the global sales organization to efficiently and successfully address business opportunities as well as guide and support local business development initiatives worldwide
- Drive Key Account and Strategic Account Development activities in the related technologies and generate multiplication effects.

- 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital test with strong expertise in PCIe and at least basic knowledge in DDR.
- Well established industry network
- Excellent analytical skills, an entrepreneurial approach and demonstrated experience to use economic thinking to identify business opportunities, formulate strategies and deliver results
- Recent user experience with most of the following test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Bit Error Rate Testers (BERTs), Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWGs) and Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
- Technical communication experience: presentation and writing skills, particularly, in developing MOIs, white papers, application notes, webinars, presentations, demo guides, etc.
- Proven track record of accomplishment and high-level of self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to develop strong relationships in the industry and across the R&S global organization
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including international
