We are seeking highly qualified associates with 3-4 years of experience to join our rapidly growing Northern California Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This practice is ranked among the nation’s most active in intellectual property litigation, handling groundbreaking patents, trade secrets, and commercial disputes in the high technology, software, digital media, and semiconductor industries.The ideal candidate will have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes, and familiarity with inter partes review petitions is highly desirable. A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.Compensation: The target salary range for this position varies by location:
  • Northern California: $180,000 - $260,000 (depending on experience and location)

Candidate Parameters:
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation, specifically patent and trade secrets disputes.
  • A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics, or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain it promptly) is required.
