We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2019 – 2022 to join our IP Litigation team in Palo Alto. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus.Compensation:
  • Base Salary: The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000, based on experience and other qualifications.

Candidate Parameters:
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of IP/patent litigation experience, ideally with a focus on technology-related patents.
Qualifications:
  • Top law school credentials.
  • Strong technical background, with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • CAFC clerkship experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills are essential.
