We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of SFC's digital marketing initiatives with a focus on project coordination, campaign deployment, and performance tracking. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, facility marketing teams, and our in-house web developer, this role ensures that digital campaigns, landing pages, and online initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Campaign Coordination & Execution
Implement digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media channels following strategic direction from the Digital Marketing Manager
Create start-up digital footprint including account creation on Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
Create tracking pixels and coordinate with web and digital strategy to ensure campaigns are properly tracked across platforms
Start-up account management and implementation of email marketing software, forms, and data collection with proper legal and anti-spam considerations
Working knowledge of SEO strategies and tactics including on and off page optimization, campaign creation, and reporting
Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all necessary assets are delivered and stakeholders are informed
Coordinate with facility marketing teams to gather required information for campaigns, evaluate creative, and proof materials
Website & Landing Page Support
Make on-demand website changes (text, image, forms, new sections), primarily in WordPress Elementor or similar WISIWYG Wordpress editors
Partner with the in-house web manager to coordinate updates, new landing pages, and website enhancements for facilities
Ensure all web requests are documented, prioritized, QC'd, and tested before launch
Review and QA pages for accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign goals
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, social platform insights, and other reporting tools
Compile regular reports for the Digital Marketing Manager to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement
Track KPIs for both corporate and facility-level marketing activities
Create on-demand reports in industry software such as Placer.AI, Seamless.AI, and others for cross-departmental requests
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align on strategy and key priorities
Communicate with the web developer, graphic designers, and facility marketing contacts to keep projects moving forward
Assist in managing digital advertising assets, targeting lists, and tracking links
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or project management
Experience working in a multi-location, franchise, or agency setting a plus
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot CRM, Email marketing software, and social media business tools
Familiarity with project management or task tracking software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Proficiency with Elementor and a strong grasp of web design principles
Experience with SEO setup and optimization in WordPress
Ability to quickly learn new tools or processes on the fly and adapt to challenges
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
