POSITION SUMMARY: The Grant Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and administrative oversight of all grant-funded programs within the CPH Behavioral Health Department. This role ensures compliance with all grant requirements, including timely reporting and renewal submissions. The coordinator actively identifies and pursues new grant opportunities that support and expand behavioral health initiatives across the Kenai Peninsula. Working closely with the Director of Behavioral Health, the coordinator provides day-to-day oversight to ensure grant projects align with departmental goals and standards. This position also facilitates communication and outreach related to grant programs, sharing relevant information with CPH staff, collaborative partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, Sociology or Community Development, Public Health or Human Services
Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis
