Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.Job Overview:The Counsel, Corporate Securities will be responsible for providing legal support for our global entities, in addition to working closely with the finance team, including tax, treasury, and accounting, as well as in connection with corporate governance and public company reporting. The individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation for various financing, acquisition and other corporate transactions, as well as preparing presentations for the leadership team and the board regarding legal trends and best practices for corporate governance.
