- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Partner with service providers and internal leaders to ensure accurate payroll, benefit tracking, and timesheet systems
- Support compliance with organizational policies, sponsor requirements, and accounting standards
- Assist with audit preparation, financial reporting, and other administrative projects as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized records for financial transactions, payroll, and vendor relationships
- Contribute to a welcoming and professional environment through proactive communication and collaboration
- Familiarity with accounting principles, payroll, and financial administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct and Paychex a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
