We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with at least 5 years of field experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in building and managing light industrial projects, specifically pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs). This is an opportunity to join a leading national general contractor and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

  • Have 5+ years of superintendent or field management experience in construction.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in light industrial projects, with strong knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs).
  • Possess the ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and PEMB erection details.
  • Be highly organized, capable of managing schedules, subcontractors, and on-site resources effectively.
  • Maintain strict focus on safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all phases of construction.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address field challenges quickly and keep projects on track.
  • Show leadership by fostering a collaborative jobsite culture while driving on-time, on-budget delivery.
