The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects across various Georgia and Southeast locations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role is focused on the light industrial construction industry including manufacturing, warehouse distribution, cold storage, and food & beverage processing construction.
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project flow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven experience managing construction projects in the light industrial manufacturing, warehouse distribution, cold storage, and food & beverage processing construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Georgia and the Southeast and adapt to various project locations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
