As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of accounting functions, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. Your analytical mindset and operational experience will support executive decision-making, improve financial processes, and ensure fiscal integrity across the business.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and financial standards
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Create and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts and financial projections
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee daily transactional accounting, including payroll, inventory, and journal entries
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Strengthen internal controls to protect company assets and ensure process accuracy
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings with third-party partners
- Maintain corporate records and ensure accurate documentation
- Hire, coach, and manage performance for the finance team
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial data and support risk management practices
- Participate in company-wide initiatives focused on operational improvement and sustainability
- Perform other finance-related responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable financial regulations
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g., QuickBooks and inventory management tools)
