Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical/HVAC Subcontractor

We’re a Mechanical/HVAC subcontractor seeking a Project Engineer/Assistant PM to help drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret plans; perform on-screen takeoffsCreate project budgets and prepare proposals for customersManage active projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budgetSchedule job-site visits with the Production TeamPrepare takeoff sheets, determine pricing, and create estimates for specialty projectsExtract plan details as requestedRespond to customer and internal team inquiries via phone and emailPerform additional office duties, tasks, and special projects as assignedPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam (preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPrior HVAC or mechanical construction experience a plus📩 Apply now!
