Reports to: Area Senior Director AmericasGeneral Description of the RoleCampari Group is seeking to strengthen its Global Travel Retail (GTR) team to further boost its development in Americas.Global Travel Retail (GTR) is the channel where we show cases of our key international brands. The GTR team is responsible for commercial activities at an international level, partnering key GTR channel customers (serving airports, cruises, airlines and border stores) with the aim of maximizing the core Campari Group brands' visibility and awareness and strengthening their international development.The central team is based in Milan with our Group HQs and includes the Managing Director and the Marketing team. The trade marketing and sales teams are based within the region.Mission/ObjectivesBuild on the solid business foundation we have with our key customers in the region/channel through day-to-day management of existing GTR accounts in the region. Upweight the customers' representation to drive further profitable growth, especially with the recent acquisitions/volume-growth and the shifting regional GTR retail dynamics. Crucial to this role is maintaining key relationships and facilitating the delivery of successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesCustomer Relationship
⦁ Manage a smooth day-to-day relationship with our key customers.
⦁ Add value to the business partnership through constructive actions and clear communicationExecution and Negotiation
⦁ Ensure yearly plans and quarterly reviews are translated into operation
⦁ Execution of excellence of all national and regional agreements inclusive of in-store visibility, product placement, pricing, range and promotional activity
⦁ Negotiation of additional sales drivers and stronger brand building activity, within budgetBusiness Planning
⦁ Provide inputs contributing to the yearly budget definition, quarterly reviews and ultimately the mid-long term business plans
⦁ Strategically plan and execute initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals
⦁ Stay closely connected to operations to deliver real-time insights on progress, risks, and growth potentialData Analysis and Presentation
⦁ Analise sales and depletion data from diverse sources to extract actionable insights
⦁ Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to both internal teams and external stakeholders
⦁ Lead sales forecasting efforts by inputting projections into the Group's demand planning system (APO)Creative Thinking
⦁ Provide solutions to overcome challenges

⦁ Develop deep expertise in brand portfolios, shopper needs, and category dynamics
⦁ Translate this knowledge into impactful training sessions, regularly equipping the front-line sales team with insights and enthusiasm
⦁ Organize and lead staff training initiatives to ensure consistent knowledge transfer and engagementKey Relationships
⦁ Internal: Regional Managers GTR, Marketing Manager GTR and Trade Marketing Specialists, Sales Support Specialist, Finance team, Domestic marketing and sales teams.
⦁ External: Different roles within our customers and business partners' organization: Promotions Managers, Category Assistants, Retail Managers at the airports, Merchandising Managers, Logistics and Pricing, front line staff, Agencies.Experience & Education⦁ Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within the spirits industry (preferred) or within FMCG, with at least 3 years in GTR
⦁ Experience in management of a group of accounts or Key buying group (on/off)
⦁ Has been exposed to Trade Marketing, Brand Activation activities or Customer Marketing
⦁ Track record of developing effective business relationships
⦁ Experience in working remotely/self-management
⦁ International mindset with exposure to different cultures
⦁ University Degree or equivalent professional qualificationFunctional and Technical Skills

⦁ Availability to travel, mainly within the region, and spend approx. 30% of time in the field with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders.The expected base salary for this position ranges from $118,300-$140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations.
