- Partner with Sales Managers to seamlessly transition contracted events into detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all client specifications are accurately captured.
- Conduct client consultations to finalize menus, room layouts, timelines, and all event logistics.
- Identify and proactively upsell food and beverage enhancements, specialty décor, and additional services to maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
- Manage catering-only events from planning through execution, working closely with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain regular communication with clients pre- and post-event to ensure satisfaction and address any adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute accurate, timely BEOs and event resumes to all relevant departments.
- Attend and represent the property at client tastings, vendor meetings, and site visits as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of current F&B trends, local vendor partnerships, and competitive offerings to provide creative solutions for clients.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in catering, event management, or hospitality operations.
- Strong background in event detailing, BEO creation, and F&B service standards.
- Proven ability to upsell and increase event revenue while maintaining client trust.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Preferred experience working with Salesforce/Delphi
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- No degree required-equivalent professional experience considered.
