The MEP Superintendent/PM will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for a sizable, 250-unit ground up affordable housing, multifamily development. This role is based in the Bronx and requires a detail-oriented professional with solid expertise in construction management.
  • Work on a 250-unit ground up multifamily, residential affordable housing development.
  • Oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks for all MEP systems during and after installation.
  • Address and resolve any technical challenges or discrepancies in the field.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all MEP activities and updates.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
  • Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

  • Proven knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.

  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage on-site teams.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in the property industry.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
