- This is an entry level position that offers the opportunity to gain customer and administrative experience!
- Answers inbound calls and assisting the customer by transferring calls, providing general information, etc
- Receives payments from customers for sales, service and parts
- Files all necessary paperwork, completing administrative projects, etc.
- Collects, sorting and distributing inter-company mail
- Completes general "housekeeping" tasks such as sanitization of the lobby/cashier offices
- Provides excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, answering questions and making sure they are comfortable
- Customer service experience is required, reception AND cashiering experience are highly preferred
- Must have exceptional patience, great phone manners, be dependable and have a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years of age, eligible to work in the US, and be able to pass a drug screen

- Ensuring customers, both in store and on the phone, are comfortable and enjoying their stay at Hoselton (actively offer; coffee, cookies, and kids kits, etc.).
- Cashiers must be logged into the phone system at all times, the only exclusions would be for a customer need.
- Answering phone calls in the manner instructed.
- This will include but is not limited to; using scripts that have been provided, warm transferring calls, and asking if voicemail is “ok.”
- Routing incoming calls to the appropriate extensions.
- Providing basic information to callers and taking thorough messages as necessary.
- Completing all applicable filing during their shift.
- Receiving cash, checks, drafts and credit card payments from customers and provide them with a receipt or invoice and properly record the transaction in the dealership's computer system and cash register.
- Handling customer complaints with integrity and poise; referring the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
- Handling distribution of petty cash for the complex (Toyota store only).
- Distributing inspection stickers to service personnel as needed.
- Collecting, sorting and distributing inter-company mail.
- Performing general housekeeping duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, vacuuming or sweeping the area, as well as picking up any toys that have been left out.
- Maintaining coffee and supply inventory and reporting to manager or Lead Cashier for ordering purposes.
- Helping with various mailing and other administrative projects.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures, including the dress code.
- Cashiers are not to have cell phones at their desk, if a cashier must take a personal call they must notify the Lead Cashier.
- Perform duties as workload necessitates.
