
Corporate Vice President - ServiceNow Lead Developer

- Solution Design & Development
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, VR, and SAM.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and system integrations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture standards.
- Platform & Module Expertise
- Drive implementation and enhancements of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request).
- Build ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB health improvements.
- Implement Vulnerability Response integrations with security tools to streamline prioritization and remediation.
- Lead SAM initiatives including license reconciliation, compliance tracking, and asset optimization.
- Integration, Cloud & Automation
- Design and deploy integration with third-party systems (e.g., CMDB, monitoring tools, security scanners, HR platforms).
- Leverage AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to support scalable ServiceNow integrations and deployments.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Quality Assurance & Support
- Enforce code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Level 3 support as needed.
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions and system configurations.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for ServiceNow developers.
- Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Promote and enforce ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance.
- Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 3+ years in a lead/architect role.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Experience with CMDB design, health, and governance.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI-powered Virtual Agent, AI-driven recommendations, workflow automation).
- Cloud & Infrastructure expertise: AWS services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, VR).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Exposure to ServiceNow Generative AI certifications/capabilities is highly desirable.
