
ServiceNow Solution Architect – ITSM/CSM

- Lead architecture and design sessions for new ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and configure applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Build and support integrations with third-party tools, especially defect management tools such as ALM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
- Ensure platform best practices and compliance with governance standards.
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow Development and Architecture.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Prior experience integrating ALM or similar tools with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
