We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to serve as the execution and operational excellence lead. This person will oversee the leadership team, drive accountability, and ensure that company priorities are implemented with discipline and consistency. The GM translates the CEO’s vision into results, freeing the CEO to focus on strategy, growth, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the leadership team (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Franchise Development).
  • Own weekly and quarterly meeting rhythms (scorecards, priorities, to-dos).
  • Hold leaders accountable to performance targets and deadlines.
  • Drive cross-departmental execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify issues and ensure they are solved quickly and permanently.
  • Manage and improve core business processes.
  • Report regularly to CEO with clear updates, risks, and solutions.

  • Company Rocks and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Meetings are well-run, issues are solved, and follow-through is high.
  • Leaders are accountable, focused, and operating in their lanes.
  • CEO is able to focus on vision and growth without being pulled back into operations.
  • Franchisees see measurable improvements in marketing, operations, and profitability.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5+ years in a senior operations, GM, or COO role (franchise or multi-location experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading teams and holding others accountable.
  • Strong decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communicator who brings clarity and structure to teams.
  • Comfortable managing across multiple departments and priorities.
Compensation:
  • Base salary: $100K–$135K, OTE
  • Performance bonus tied to company KPIs and execution.
