- Remotely survey customer network environments gathering network information, address books, etc.
- Preform installation of office equipment remotely utilizing network administrators, interterritorial dealer partners and manufacturer partners.
- Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to meter collection and reporting software, systems integration, processes, and hardware requirements.
- Running diagnostic programs, train end users, write standard processes and procedures.
- Remotely resolving copier functionality issues similar but not limited to: service codes, fax issues, firmware updates and copy quality issues. Follow up to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Aid with relocating equipment by reconnecting equipment.
- Meter Collections: Contact customers and visit various websites to obtain copier meter readings through Kyocera Fleet Services, @Remote and FMaudit platforms.
- FM Audit: Install on client computers and educate client on communication protocols and security.
- Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Operating and Server Systems.
- 1 year of IT troubleshooting experience preferred; CompTIA A+ Certification desired but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communications to train end users and submit required reports.
