Legal Billing Specialist – Northeast Ohio

- Maintain department standard turnaround time in processing invoices
- Review invoices as necessary in conjunction with legal/vendor invoice auditing
- Collaborate with staff on the review of legal and vendor invoices received
- Work with vendor adjustors to process claims as efficiently and as quickly as possible
- Compiles, submits and follows up on eBilling appeals using portals, chats, emails and phone
- Submit legal invoices into eBilling websites, corrected rejections and errors, denials
- Conduct billing audit within specified time frames to maintain timely payment of fees
- Apprise Supervisor of potential problems or difficulties in a timely manner
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on e-billing / follow up experience in a law firm environment;
- Experience with Paperless Proforma, Ebilling Hub, and Elite
- ARCS and Crystal Reports experience helpful
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Able to function in a professional office environment and utilize standard office equipment
