Vaco has an opening in Accounts Receivable Specialists in Downtown Cincinnati. The Accounts Receivable role is a contract, with potential to be a Contract to Hire.A/R/Billing/Accounting SpecialistPrepare client invoices based on attorney instructions and assist attorneys with billing questions.
Assist with other special projects.
Assist with Accounts receivable and trust.
Assist with new legal management software data review.
Assist with accounts payable voucher setup.
Need to be familiar with LEDES (Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard) file format.
