
Corporate IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Tier 2

- Provide frontline support for desktop software and hardware, including troubleshooting access issues, password resets, network connectivity, printer configuration, and mobile device support.
- Respond to and resolve incidents involving email, permissions, backups, security alerts, and system performance.
- Assist in equipment setup, software rollouts, asset deployment, and periodic system upgrades.
- Participate in team-led projects, end-user training sessions, and company-wide IT initiatives.
- Occasional after-hours project work and routine on-call support will be required.
- Minimum of three years experience in a Tier 2 support role with proven ability to resolve client-side technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented approach, with proven ability to support end users at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Skilled in scripting to automate administrative tasks, streamline system management, and enhance support efficiency in Windows environments.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, service-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn specialized and proprietary applications.
