- Grape sampling and maturity analysis
- Fruit receival and processing
- Fermentation management including daily monitoring, pump overs, inoculations and additions, and pressing
- Lab analysis of musts, juices, and wines
- Cellar operations including barrel filling, racking, topping, and other wine movements
- Plenty of cleaning and sanitation
- Previous harvest experience is a plus
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a positive team-building attitude
- Ability to work entire harvest period from late August through November
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended hours, 6 days per week during peak harvest
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, perform repetitive motions, and work in variable temperatures and weather conditions
