- Custom Development & Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Metadata, and asynchronous processing.
- Build and support platform event-based and API-driven integrations across enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable components and contribute to a scalable architecture strategy.
- Conduct Code reviews, enforce development standards, and support technical quality assurance.
- Create and validate proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for new features or architectural approaches.
- Platform Administration & Support
- Configure and manage Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Build and maintain flows and process automation using Flow Builder; assist in migrating legacy automations
- Support user management, license provisioning, and environment access.
- Monitor system health, perform release readiness reviews, and implement Salesforce updates.
- Respond to and resolve administrative support tickets and platform issues.
- Platform Integration & Data Synchronization
- Implement and maintain secure, reliable integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events.
- Design and support automation that ensures data consistency across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Monitor and optimize performance of data flows and integrations.
- Support release management and deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- Project Execution & Collaboration
- Partner with technical leads, architects, and stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical requirements.
- Support the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with admins and product owner/business analysts to align solutions with security, usability, and scalability standards.
- This position has no leadership responsibilities.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Expert in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and declarative automation
- Solid experience with integration patterns and knowledge in platform event frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, DevOps
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration and data model
- Experience with Data Cloud is a plus
